Excellent English Communication Skills both Written and Oral
Superior Comprehension Skills

Average Typing skills

Guidelines for Part-time applicants:
Must not be presently employed or connected with another call center.
Should be available between 4am to 11am.
Will be working at least four hours a day and 5 days a week. (minimum of 20 hours a week)
The part-time schedule is not fixed. It will solely be determined by the
Operations department (5am-11am).
If accepted in the recruitment process, a newly hired employee must render
eight hours per day of training for a period of 10 days. (subject to training schedule)
